Instructions

For each of the tests, please follow the steps listed below:

Open test link (listed in Test links section) in a browser
Select appropriate answers for all of the questions. All questions are mandatory.
Click on Finished? Submit your survey button.
If one or more questions are skipped and Finished? Submit your survey button is clicked, you will see the following error message at the beginning of the page:
- There was an error on your page. Please correct any required fields and submit again.
Once all questions have been answered and Finished? Submit your survey button is clicked, your test result will be displayed.
If you answered 75% or more questions correctly, you have passed the test and will see a message like the one below:
- You passed! Your score was 85%, well done!
If you answered less than 75% of the questions correctly, you are considered to have failed the test and will see a message similar to the one below:
- Sorry. You didn't pass the quiz. You got 2 questions right out of 7 (28%). Thanks for trying!
Click on Close survey button to close the browser window/tab.
